Ukraine Visa

All of the following documents must be received by our office before processing your visa to Ukraine.
UKRAINIAN VISA REQUIREMENTS:

- Your actual passport with at least 2 blank visa-designated pages. Passport must be valid for at least 6 months after intended departure from Ukraine
- One passport-size photograph

- Payment: A company or personal check or money order made payable to "GO TO RUSSIA Travel" (see table below for amounts). To pay for your Ukraine visa by credit card, please . Include the form in the package that you mail to us.
Applicants holding passports issued by the following countries must allow at least 12 business days for their visa application to be processed: Angola, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Ghana, India, Jordan, Iraq, Iran, Democratic Republic of Congo, China, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Nigeria, Pakistan, Syria, Somali, Sri-Lanka, Sudan. Citizens of the above mentioned countries must additionally submit the following documents: Proof of readmissibility to USA (US Alien Registration Card, US Temporary Resident Card, employment authorization etc.), Original letter of invitation (No faxes or e-mail copies) made through a Ukrainian "Visa and Registration Office" for all types of visas.
Children apply for separate visas if they travel on their own passports. Non-traveling parents must confirm in an affidavit their consent for their children's travel. If the child's surname differs from that of his (her) parents, a copy of the child's birth certificate must be enclosed.
The following rates apply for processing your Ukraine visa request. Our staff guarantees that your visa application materials will be complete and couriered directly to and from the Consulate.
Single and double entry visa:
- For US, Canada, Japan citizens and citizens of European Union countries - up to 6 months.
- For other nationals and stateless persons - up to 3 months.
Multiple-entry visa:
- For US citizens - up to 3 years.
- For other nationals and stateless persons - up to 1 year.

Although we guarantee our services, there are circumstances which we cannot control. We are not responsible for stolen visas or those lost or damaged in the mail by FedEx or similar overnight service. We cannot guarantee that a visa will be issued as the Consulate may refuse to grant entry/exit visa for any reason. Your Consular fees are reimbursable only if you are denied an entry visa and the Consulate has offered to refund their fee. Otherwise, such fees are non-refundable and subject to change without notice. Please note that we start processing on the day we receive your complete paperwork. One day should be added for FedEx delivery of your visa to your home. Be aware that Consulates are closed for all U.S. and their National holidays. VISA REGISTRATION IN UKRAINE:
Starting on July 1, 2001 no registration in Ukraine is required for aliens for the term of visa duration.
